Imagine having a 90%+ win record only to have bulk clans winning 60% pass you because points were awarded for quantity.
At least Russ tried to straighten that out a bit with clan leagues, but it was a bit too late in my mind, and no one really cares about clan leagues vs regular clan since that's the number that puts you at top.

I just know it is the same for all. I know it has been hashed out over, and over, and over again.
I am not a betting man, although I would be willing to bet the top teams would still be the top teams even with a different scoring system. Then what would the complaining be about?

Most clans playing at a high-level of most-all win were replaced by clans using brute force. There was no sense in continuing for clans winning a high percentage since clan system wasn't about quality of play, but became playing more and more an more.
So, yet another assumption of yours is wrong.
