New set..

Uhh...looks kinda neat...but if I tried to play with anything but
Staunton style pieces I would never win.

I remember a story about Bobby Fischer at a simul where a kid used a
figurine set and lost his queen and Bobby said "Hey knights don't
move like that!" to which the kid replied "That isn't a knight! That is a
bishop!" After resigning he refused to play against anyone who did not
have a Staunton set.

Just my thoughts...cool for variety...not very practical

That about sums it up, Dave. Its just for fun - I would be amazed if
anyone ever really played that set.

RHP should have a special tournament where all the participants are required to use that set in
their games. Then we could watch all the chaos that ensues.

lol could be fun to see players try to move pawns horizontally.
