Thank you, interesting requests. However they seem very expensive and will require more staff so maybe it would be too much for us to handle. I realize we may lose a valuable customer but it's a risk we have to take unfortunately. However, your complimentary slippers will be waiting for you.

We have encountered some problems with representatives of the local trade union regarding employment conditions with some of our staff. No problem but it might take some time and meanwhile the tavern may have to close.
