Greetings Joe.

Don’t start out with more than a few games, till you find your sea legs. I’m open for challenges, too.

Do you play OTB games? Do you have a rating somewhere, just curious. I don't know where you are from so don't know what system you would have a rating under if any. FIDE, USCF, ELO, there must be a dozen such systems! I see you are playing 'youwilllose' who is rated 2270. I must caution you about the top page players here, the majority of them are vile engine users not worth the powder to blow them up. All you have to do is compute the statistics of such ratings V total players here. A REAL 2270 would be well above 99th percentile yet there are so many of them here they would ALL have to be playing here for so many of them to be here, now the top players exceeding 2500 and running eval on their games shows them to be playing better than Kasparov, Fischer, and Carlson all together. Not likely. At least youwilllose has an almost normal chart. The real engine users go vertical straight to say 2400 or so and stay there a total horizontal line on the graph till they get drawn or beaten by another 2400 engine and that is few and far between, much more interested in playing the 1300 crowd and getting a point for a game rather than risk their sorry ass playing another 2500 or so player. So good luck with that dude.

A quick look at the tables, shows now one engine almost at 2600, hadn't seen that before and the BOTTOM of page 2 is over 2200. Sure it could happen there there are over 60 masters and grandmasters here, right?

noun
plural noun: troglodytes
(especially in prehistoric times) a person who lived in a cave.
a hermit.
a person who is regarded as being deliberately ignorant or old-fashioned.

So why would one have to be a hermit or a person being deliberately ignorant or old-fashioned not to want banter during a game? Did you stop to think that some may carry a lot more games than you do, only have a certain about of time, therefore not time for idle worthless banter.

Besides how would they have time to comment in the forums when time is limited? ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜‰
