I have noticed that they dont show how many posts you have made anymore anyone know why?

Just a guess, but Disk space and Band Width cost money. Why encourage people to "post for status"? Forums should be a method of communicating, not getting brownie points for quantity. Maybe... just a guess though.

i disliked the posters table, but the no. of posts someone had made beside their name was useful-i'm awful with names but this helped me to know if i should know someones name or not if you see what i mean? 😕

There was once a very strong argument here about a member on the froums who had a made an exceptional amount of posts.
This maybe why Russ has stopped showing them to prevent this happening again.

Almost right. Not because of disk space, or bandwidth, just trying to reduce Spam like posts that serve no purpose other than to increase this one statistic.

Ahh, but I have! When testing the subs process!

No need for a different star for me, I don't want to be special. In fact, sometimes I even turn it off to see what ads are being served.
