You can tell her how you feel, but she either wants you or doesn't want you. However you tell her it probably won't change whether she likes you or not.

Just send her a note (letter, email) you like to see her again and you wish to invite her for a drink. That should give her an idea for your feelings about her and should not be that forceful as if you send her a mushy lovepoem or such....
