@the-grifter saidGood God.
as reported in the news today, the "end of all things" has taken place !
"Transgender girls must leave Girlguiding by September 6, the organisation has said following a row over their inclusion.
It means all trans girls – those born male but identifying as female – must stop attending Guides, Brownies and Rainbows groups from that date.
Feminist campaigners today ...[text shortened]... re are only boys with emotional issues who need help who like skirts and little bows in their hair.
Gender-affirming care does not "harm children", but loads of people think so, given all the people claiming it does in the media.
Shocking to think that, after all this time, some people persistantly cling to their anti-science views. Seems like the people with the loudest voices drive what "society thinks", ignoring everything the actual people involved think.
The wheels of progress turn slowly, though. While it is now accepted that electro-shock therapy is just another word for torture, there was a time when institutions' treatment of people in this manner was considered cutting-edge technology, even though most of the time, the end stage of this treatment often resulted in lobotomies, as seen in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. As a society, we always seem to ignore and mistreat those with the quietest voices.

Perhaps Mr. Grifter needs to shift his focus a bit.
