A 'Who's ignoring who' matrix would be a great addition to the site. Only viewable by subs of course!

EDIT: Another option could be a check box that enables a message to be sent to someone when you add them to your iggy list. This would ensure maximum impact and make sure that they know.

given that we have around 15000 active users it would be certainly very cumbersome to handel.

However a linked list would be fun.
