    pressing "F5"-key will refresh your browser page. It worked for me, I can't give guarantees for other situations.

    Be careful though because if you step on it its eggs can stick to your foot and 3 months later your pc is crawling with them.

    The only time I've ever "used" a thumb was when in need of a lift ( not the shoe or floor achiever mechanisms).
