How does a poor and mentally ill person who can only access the site through public access terminals in Canada evaluate games of top players and come up with definitive evidence that any of them are or are not cheating? Or were you simply posting an opinion of that particular list of players? I'm just curious. I don't personally believe that many top players here are cheating, even if I don't happen to respect them.

Often top players claim to be such and such top master from such and such country, in such cases, you can:
A) Find out their OTB games through chess databases and see if the playing style is matchable, comparable, and if the results are equivalent. For example, if a top player beats other engines on RHP routinely without difficulty, engines that have beaten other GM's consistantly, yet in many OTB games they lose to players slightly rated under 2000, then something is up! (Again, this is similar to No1's theory of a "sudden rise of play that makes little sense", except it's at a higher scale then JW going from blunderer to advanced intermediate, instead it's washed up master going to Gary Kasparov, etc. . . BTW, you're coup of insult to suggest my mental illness would not allow me to do such a simple thing, is, at the very least insulting and may be against the TOS, but I won't get into that, and this can be done at a public library)
B) Find out the E-MAIL adress of such a player, likely through sites like FIDE and chess tourney sites. Be careful, as this may look like a form of entrapment. You simply then e-mail the said player, with a message like "hey 'insert nickname on RHP, nice win against such and such on RHP', if the guy awnsers? WTF? Huh, RHP? Or something like that (all confused), then you know for sure you caught likely a little kid using an engine with an indentity crisis.
C) See if their games match highly with engines, this never hurts, but then again, everyone knows that.
D) E-mail the said games in question, to say, a good titled chess player who may be willing to varify himself if those are engines or not. Be nice about it, don't set deadlines or act moronic, just tell him, if he has the time and enjoys analysing games, he may do it.
E) Check to see if the player in question has "friends" making up numerous miraculous stories that don't add up in methods to protect the said player. Cheaters often have good friend bases, they could be school friends, working colleges, or chess club members, they often stick up for one another, and their blind love for one another is quite strong usually, it's a distorted sense of loyalty. Many ppl here, although they state otherwise, would defend their best friend in a HEARTBEAT, here on RHP, even if they knew he cheated. FRIENDS OPINIONS/DEBATES SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED WHEN DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CHEAT ISSUES, THIS IS COMMON SENSE PHYCOLOGY.
F) Act like a complete moron on the forums and get everyone to HATE you. Then cheaters confess to you through PM's saying, "HAHAHA, YOU'RE RIGHT, I DO CHEAT, BUT NOBODY WILL BELEIVE AN AR*EHOLE LIKE YOU ANYWAYS, HAHAHA!" This has actually happened to me 3 TIMES, but it has fallen on death ears by Russ and the like, so now I don't even bother when it happens anymore, cheaters win thanks to stupid judgemental humans loving certain personalities! *claps*

It wasn't an insult, just one of the factors that played into my confusion over your stated certainty. Some of the methods you listed sound plausible enough. I've never considered you an idiot. In fact, I think I remember posting once that I thought you were intentionally inflamatory in these forums. Apparently I wan't that far off the mark. You do make alot of contradictory statements, and therefore don't have alot of basis for complaining that the Admins don't consider you credible. This conversation should probably end here though. I have to disagree, the thread seems like a cheap way to bypass the no cheating accusations ban. There's no need for this list, and there's no need for him to post goups of people whom he does'nt believe cheats. The fact that certain names are left off, only seems to add that he implies guilt.
