Yes. But with all the discussions about commercialistaion doping the on and off of teh Russian athletes some of the olympic spirit has vanished.

Maybe there should be a separate doped Olympics, any doping legal. Of course there wouldn't be much in the way of re-entering the next cycle since most of them would be dead.....

In a situation like this, would you think people from other countries that used to be part of Yugoslavia are likely to be rooting for him because he is a Serbian, rooting against him because he is a Serbian?
