I said this a brazillion times. I am different here than I am in "real life" social situations, because nothing else in my life resembles the social environment here.
I don't act the same in weddings, funerals, live concerts, professional situations or romantic dinners. Why the hell should I want to be so one-dimensional?
I didn't mean I am a brutally honest, sarcastic, cynical ass ALL THE TIME, but most situations in these forums nowadays only deserve my scorn and disdain, so this is what I give.
I don't have many friends here - since I don't think many people here would be my friends IRL - so why try to be overly friendly?
If a thread involves a friend of mine that I care about comes up, I will react in a friendly manner, but I am a sarcastic person, so this characteristic of me will always shine through.
