Well. I ran 18 Kms today. is that a good example. play footy, bike, ice skate, cross-country ski, basketball.....and yes continue to be addicted and play poorly at chess on Timeforches.com

I currently swim long-distance (have a 10k race coming up soon), scuba a couple times a week and played in recreational tennis leagues up until this past summer. Growing up I played a fair amount of hockey, karate tournaments and always was on a swim team.
