So after several minutes of chasing and being chased by my cat, I figured it was time to go back to my computer, but before I did that I thought I might as well turn off the T.V. Now my kitchen opens into my living room as well as my foyer, so I can chase my cat in circles. I chased her out of the kitchen into the foyer, which splits off into 2 staircases, one for upstair and one for downstairs. Using my momentum I placed my foot on the first stair going up and pushed off into the living room, not paying any attention to just how low my door frame is. As you can imagine the impact was considerable, and the sudden deceleration(sp.) found me on my @$$. Figuring I had goosed egged myself I was shocked to feel blood by where I had hit, and went into the bathroom to get a look. By this time the blood was really pouring down my face, and my first thought was "I need to get a picture". My second thought was "I wonder if this will need stitches". Turns out it did. Six of them.
