I am thinking of petitioning Russ for a prorata refund on my sub for the 10 hour outage expected this weekend; I reckon a refund of 0.24p is forthcoming.

$.05 (.045605/less than a nickel or four and a half pennies): Please cut out a sip of Guinness to balance your family budget.

I'm still trying to make up for the free day I received last leap year.

The easiest way to refund would be to move the renewal date 😉

To compensate you get faster servers, less time staring at an egg timer, more time to walk the dog, talk to the significant other, enjoy your garden, or even, play more chess!

In fact, so many benefits, I'll continue this topic in the marketing and customer relations forum, you know the one, right? 😉

Speaking of more chess, I can only imagine the anxiety being felt by those subscribers who have hundreds of games on the go (who must spend many hours playing them) and as such will need some kind of "medical intervention" to cope with this, Approx. 10 hour, interuption.

10 hours? Try 10 days, that might work.

    Crying over 10 measly hours!

What you think would happen if it was 10 days!!!

Some might not make it without professional help.
