The easiest way to refund would be to move the renewal date 😉

Speaking of more chess, I can only imagine the anxiety being felt by those subscribers who have hundreds of games on the go (who must spend many hours playing them) and as such will need some kind of "medical intervention" to cope with this, Approx. 10 hour, interuption.
