Ok, what do I get or do to filter email spam?
I use AVG as a yadayada thing... I'm getting bombarded to the point of needing some advise plx!~

Best to try and filter before you even download from the server. Most hosting servers will be able to attempt to block spam at the email server.
Ask the guys you host your domain with, or check in the client panel where you set up your email addresses etc. if there is something like Spam Assassin. You may need to pay for a service like this, but it's much better than to filter after you've already used up bandwidth downloading the spam.
As for Outlook Express filters... Sorry, most people stopped using it before I owned a PC...
