Yup, pakaya, along with the other accounts he uses to boost his rating should definitely be banned.

I just have to wonder at these kinds of people - playing a huge number of fake games to boost your rating on a chess site (where everyone can see how exactly you achieved your rating) is just beyond pathetic.
