I ordered some computer parts from England, from a web site that i've used before. They sent me a parcel force track and trace number on the 19th december....it's now the 3rd of january, and still no graphics cards 🙁
The track and trace number they gave me gives me a reply - we are currently unable to tell you the status of your package - that is extremely unhelpful, and the site told me they would e-mail parcel force and tell me when they have a resolve......that was on the 28th.
AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHHHH.
How long before i am allowed to ring the help desk and shout at them :'(

I just rang them up....
Either parcel force lost the parcel, or ripped the sticker and sent it under another number (unlikely considering i don't have the parts).
I have Crysis sitting gathering dust, beside a PC that should be making any gamer in Ireland Jealous :'(
The seller has not yet delivered the goods as he was contracted to do.
It is the sellers' responsibility to take this up as a claim with any carrier, and to still ensure you receive the goods you paid for, irrespective of that claim.
That's English Law, I would assume it's the same on the Emerald Isle.
