Just curious, but does anyone know how many pawn stars there are now - there seems to be a whole army of them!

interesting question, do you mean origonal or both types of pawnstars.

i think i am the last origonal pawnstar coz the subscriptions came the day after i got my star (pointless fact of the day)

Yeah, would be nice to know. But I think that there are even more non pawn-stars, 'we' are just more active...maybe Russ knows this!

I think there are around 250 original pawn stars, but I mean in total, how many people are now pawn stars regardless of origin

My original plan when I became a pawn star was to try and play all the other ones white and black to see how good / bad I was. This seems a bit unrealistic these days. But it would be intertesting to have a directory of pawn stars.

I'm curious about how many players the site has.

P.S. I would be a pawnstar, however, I'm a student and I'm suffering from a serious case of poverty at the mo.

I have no idea (I don't think that question was pointed to me but...) but when you see that there are 30,000 members on this site, I'd say a thousand or something...

I just checked, there are around 41,000 players registered on RHP. How many are active is another question.

That's a lot... I'll hazard a guess and say that 2/3 of those are pawnstars? If you disregard inactive accounts.

BTW Andrew, when will you be pilfering another interesting avatar?

a lot. i'm not sure how many there are, but if we take gameknot, there are 82,182 accounts, while there are 37,097 games-and considering some people are playing over 100 games...i have no idea about here though (it gives those statistics on the GK front page btw)
