Some demo's give you a time limit and then they don't work anymore.

How do they know when your time is up? Is it written in the code and can the code be changed?

With some you can change your clock and it works, but it won't work with this demo.

Come on the game is from 2001 or maybe older.

They should be free by now 🙂

It sells on e-bay for $0.01 plus shipping of course but I don't trust online money stuff and don't have a card either.

Doesn't work either.

I know one way but it's time consuming and a hassle. Not worth it to play the demo again. crash you computer.

Hmmm a bit of a dodgy method to say the least. I used to know this bloke that said he had figured out exactly how to do this with most demos but I had absolutely no understanding of PC's at the time, so I never asked him to explain how.
Anyway, if you are going to go to all the trouble of completely eradicating all references of the program for you registry (almost impossible as the part that is preventing a reinstall is probably heavily disguised), you might as well download a cracked version. Either way, both methods are illegal.

Not on this one.

You know once I did that for a new demo, 2004+ and it crashed the program. Everytime you touch the clock, it crashs because it just knew what you were doing!

Find me a cracked version, please...

I'll trade for it.

Could you explain this further.

I went to run and entered it and it gives me a bunch of:

HKEY_Classes_ROOT

etc...

How do I know what to delete and how do I find it?

I think HKEY_Classes_ROOT means you're under surveillance by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
