The post that was quoted here has been removedHmmm a bit of a dodgy method to say the least. I used to know this bloke that said he had figured out exactly how to do this with most demos but I had absolutely no understanding of PC's at the time, so I never asked him to explain how.
Anyway, if you are going to go to all the trouble of completely eradicating all references of the program for you registry (almost impossible as the part that is preventing a reinstall is probably heavily disguised), you might as well download a cracked version. Either way, both methods are illegal.
