Would that be the 12 or 16 oz. Art?

It makes a difference. If you've got to strike (or want to strike) numerous blows you don't want to wear your arm out. If it's just a quick bludgeoning I'm thinking the 16 is the way to go.

Thoughts? Questions? Comments?

In the thread we're discussing beating hammers with people now, so the weight of the hammer wouldn't matter as much as the weight of the person.

It's the "Big Boy" Frank.A 24 oz.Blue Point model BPN 24B (sold by Snap-on) ..made in Kenosha Wisc.in the good ol' U.S.of A.
If that doesn't work I have a 3lb.hand sledge,or I can "borrie" my neigbors back hoe.it has a hydraulic jack hammer.
