@relentless-red saidOr worse, flicked on to the boot of my car. 😀
Plastic bags full of dog excrement hanging on bushes in the middle of nowhere (or anywhere) which could easily have been flicked under the bush with a stick.
@relentless-red saidAnd may be useful as a fertilizer (sans plastic) for the bush.
In an ideal world but since people either can't be bothered or feel entitled to leave it as there aren't enough bins or some similar rationalisation, legalising flicking it under a gorse or thorn bush might be better and involve less plastic.
@great-big-stees saidNo, unfortunately not. Domestic dog poo contains parasites which can be deadly to farm and wild animals.

@chaney3 saidI lived out in the country and you would have been angry all the time.
I must add here:
Barking dogs.....the ones who bark nonstop in their yard, because the dog owner seems oblivious to the fact that it could be terribly annoying to all the neighbors.
I get angry to the highest level.
Everyone had a dog, as it would let them know if anyone was around. Well one would start and they were all at it. They claim that is the way they communicate.
My dad said you have to get them as pups and train them just like you would a child. A bad dog means a bad pet owner.

@moonbus saidI recently read the case of a horse who needed multiple plastic bags surgically removed from their stomach to save their life. The vet explained that because a dog's diet contains cereal horses mistake these bags for food. Apparently it's a growing problem where footpaths go past horses' fields.
