A friend has one - and I hate it.
If you want something that borders on a computer just to control your TV, then fine, but having to look at a screen to see if a button is being rendered on it (rather than a physical button) is not for me. My friend has a 'wired house' using X10 - and he controls all his lighting from it too - but even so...
I much prefer to get horizontal on my sofa, one arm hanging off, with a nice tactile remote with which to surf.
Oh, and how many times have you dropped your remote from a fair
height and it has survived. Well, I hope you have good insurance…
