I'm going to guess 8 or 10, this includes my brother-in-law and another friend.... plus an RHP friend who lives the next town over.

So, even if NO one shows up there will still be 5 or so.

Above ground, it's just a circle about 12 or so feet diameter. I bought the house 5 years ago and told them to TAKE THAT PIECE OF CRAP AWAY BEFORE I PUNCH YOUR FACE.
