Hi ~ realise I may be on the wrong forum, but how do I put my own pic on my profile? When I tried to upload a pic of me, it wouldnt let nme

Last year we received a ton of unsolicited e-mails of those kind of pictures...I kept deleting them...my wife kept bringing them back.
