Went to watch Placebo at M.E.N Arena on Sunday night. They absolutely rock! What a cracking gig!

Was that just because your expectations were high?

Nah. They were just so damn loud and good! I was in the mosh pit as well so it was even better! Going to watch Incubus next another top band!

I feel they are a bit hit-and-miss to be honest. Some cracking songs, but quite a lot of fodder in most of the albums.

Dont care for incubus at all really. Never seen the attraction.

I can't form an opinion of Incubus. To me they are VERY hit and miss.

I'd rather stick pins in my eyes then listen to coldplay. One of the best bands going and well underated "DEPECHE MODE"! Now there is a damn fine live band!

I saw Tool a few weeks back, and a while before that Slayer they were both amazing bands live. As a bonus Tool were supported by Mastodon and Slayer were with In Flames, Lamb Of God (and the two who aren't great) Children of Bodom and Thine Eyes Bleed.

They seem more of a novelty band then a real band though. Fair enough if that is what you like, I'm just saying they wouldn't be a band I would want to see.

Although I do like Zappa but I think his music is fantastic.

yeah each to their own,but in fairness there was a really mixed genre of people...wouldnt say novelty...pretty much straight to the point...i like that...

Shame the lead singer is leaving music, now there is no more Tool, A Perfect Circle etc etc :'(

They will be sadly missed!
