An amusing story from this week's Computer Weekly....

It seems that some objections to a planning application were never received by the Planning Department of Rochdale council.

They were e-mailed to the council, but the e-mail filter rejected them because they contained the word 'erection'.

This is supposedly true too. Another council had stopped receiving emails from Scunthorpe council for the same reason.
