-Removed-I envisioned a simple solution to your problem. Invent a hook device, that would hook your front bumper, to the bumper of the car ahead of you. You can then put your automobile in neutal, shut off the motor, and ride at the same rate as the fellow ahead of you. When you are done with the free ride, it then detaches itself from your neighbour's bumper, you start your motor and put it in gear. Make sure it is retractable.
That will be $500 in Euros please.
