After 30 years of owning BIG dogs, (80-100 lbs+), my wife and I recently took in a miniature 12 pound poodle. I was always put off by French Poodles, thought they were a nervous foo-foo dog, but they are a really sweet, calm, intelligent and good natured pet. They're like little teddy bears, and are a charming addition to the family.
Anybody out there like poodles?
