The poor IIS chessbase server cannot handle requests probably due to the Kramnik/Topalov tiebreak. Why did they not get Apache on Linux? I have nothing against MS but Apache on Linux is the best way to go for high volume content.
Windows 2000 is quite solid for a desktop as MS still release updates for it. However IIS as a server is not known for its ability to handle high server loads.
