I am very eager to see them live. If they don't come to Canada I might have to boycott the album until they do.
Why boycott the album though ? If you like them , buy their music, download it, but don't deprive yourself of it to make a point.

Their live album a few years back was great.

Don't know how they live up to Mysterons and Sour Times but here's to hoping they don't go down in flames with their new stuff like Massive Attack did.

I Love the Portishead sounds, but at £30 a ticket will not be going to see them live.

Missed my other chance in '95 when they played my uni city, and I was too hammered to make the journey to see them... doh!

Thirty pounds, is that what they're going for???

Saw Portishead at ATP in December. An English holiday camp at the seaside in the depths of winter - is there a greater joy? Remember quite liking most of the new tracks though, if I'm honest, with the exception of the track with the drill 'n bass beats I am/was a little hazy. Anyway, if you get a chance they're definitely worth checking live. Beth's voice is as achingly beautiful as it was back when...

And much better than GZA and his largely lame rendition of Liquid Swords.

You guys don't know how lucky you are to get to see all these bands.

We get Gay Patrizio and Sealion Dion.

I had the chance to see them in 94, just after Dummy came out, alas I turned it down because I was too busy getting stoned, a deep regret. I plan to go see them this year in London.
