"Pose" is a show about minority transgender women in the mid-80s and the culture they inhabit.
It's excellent. This is a much more thoughtful look at transwomen; the show's executive producer is a trans woman as well. "Pose" treats it's character and subject matter with dignity, showing the light, fun moments as well the tragic ones.
I highly recommend this.
