HandyAndy was set in his ways and as I came to find out and elderly gent at that time. @very-rusty saidActually driving from Halifax to Phlab’s place in RI is about 1100km, from where I live it was about 1,000km. Now Dive would not have been able to drive there, for obvious reason's as he mentioned but a flight would have been, as he said about 3,000 mi/5,000km. Anyway I was there in 2010 and we did indeed have a wonderful time and Andy, as I’ve said many times, was a real gentleman with a very good sense of humour, taking as much as he gave.😁👍
Look at a map and find out how really far away I was I live in Eastern Canada Halifax, Nova Scotia. You may find it was as far or further than you. 🙂 😛 I was a non-drinker at that time, like I'd have an enjoyable evening with a bunch of people drinking.
