I am making my very first Pot Pies tonight.
Little individual size ones with turkey, potatoes, carrots, onions and celery with a gravy sauce.
I can't wait to see how they turn out.

Any pot pie experiences out there?

Homemade.

It ended up being a lot of work and tasted alright, could use more gravy but overall good.

I met the lady who invented the chicken pot pie. She died about ten years ago.

Best pot pie I've ever had was a vegan pot pie that my wife made:

Also, before I stopped eating meat, I used to enjoy steak and kidney pie.

Chicken pot pie is disgusting IMO.
