lol, i wonder what happens to people who answer yes to this question?

a good example would be the guy who killed a German tourist a while ago, where he was saying he was trying to get rid of a tapu ...[text shortened]... brain, or would it investigate that maybe the system was getting plugged and caused him to kill?
