@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou cannot be taken seriously. I mean really.
Kelly doesn't want to engage with you. Let him be.
Have you ever said to Very Rusty, in public, over and over again, "FMF doesn't want to engage with you. Let him be"? No. Of course you haven't.
You recently called me "cowardly", in public, for not engaging with Very Rusty. You said it over and over again.
Have you ever told KellyJay, in public, that he's "cowardly", over and over again, for not engaging with me? No. Of course you haven't.
As I say, You cannot be taken seriously.
@drewnogal saidI have a dozen loyal followers from another site. I'm sure I could coax them across. 🙂
I wonder if the General Forum will be any different in 2024?
Some genuine new posters would be wonderful. It’s hard to believe that there has hardly been anyone new here in the past 10 years?
Would that work?
Edit: I'm not even kidding.
@drewnogal saidMany posters have left though that I truly miss, so as you say we need new people.

@fmf saidPerhaps fmf, he was correct in what he was saying. Of course that wouldn't occur to a man who wears a crown pretending to be king. 🙂

Have A Wonderful Day! All the best in the New Year, my your posts improve along with your memory. 🙂

@fmf saidThe same could be said about yourself. You do not have a veto over any reaction towards you. Now you could run to a Moderator, but 9 times out of 10 you are wrong.
The discourse takes place in public. He does not have a veto over what reaction there is to the claims he makes in a public arena.
You never stop to think about what you're doing just what everyone else is doing. Try to practice what you like to preach.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidEven our Lord had to contend with a Judas amongst his 12 disciples.

@the-gravedigger saidI have my eye on him...

@ponderable saidMy main 2 predictions were that crumpets would come back into fashion and that something momentous would happen on the 5th January (today). - Nothing as yet, but I did see a chap earlier in the town wearing a yellow hat.
...probably I will have to start another thread and transport about a handful of predictions over with the hope, that it will stay on topic...

@ponderable saidThere is an alert you can use "Off Topic" but, use them wisely as per the gooster rule you can only use 3 in a 24 hour period of course there is send feedback when those run out.....Maybe I shouldn't have given out that info. 🙂

@very-rusty saidTo use an off topic alert for a few dozen posts will take a few weeks then, and even if all the posts would be removed, the thread has become illegible.

@ponderable saidPondy with the exception of the Prose competition tell me a Thread which has stayed on track for the whole thread. Could you think of a handful of them?

I did tell you once you use your 3 alerts you can send feedback!
