Well is his great, great, uncle the Duke of Windsor was very friendly with Hitler and if the Nazis had won the war he was going to be installed as a puppet king. As for the royal parasites there real name is Saxe-Coburg which was changed to Windsor during the first world war, due to bad feeling in the country. they are all bred from Germans so nothing would surprise me about the Royals having Nazis sympathys.
I do not know any Germans who are Nazi sympathisers

Yes, can I just make clear to people that being German and being a Nazi have nothing to do with each other. Even in World War 2, the vast majority of soldiers were just that, ordinay soldiers, they were not Nazis either. It is not pinpointed in Germany, there's a massive amount of people in Britain (BNP etc.) who hold similar views to the Nazis. Nazi's were hate-filled, racists who ruled with fear and pain. Germans are people who live in Germany. Grow up please.

Should wearing a nazi uniform to fancy dress party exclude you from joining the army?
Why should it?

If he had decided to go to a fancy dress party dressed up as say Ivan the Terrible, would that be a reason to preclude him from joining the army?

OK his choice of costume may not have been the best but it was exactly that a fancy dress costume, nothing more nothing less.

If people are feeling so strongly should we not be slating the costume shop which hired him the outfit?

Agreed. Kind of.
What's the big deal?
Didn't anybody notice it was FANCY DRESS?
What you choose to dress in does not indicate any political tendencies.
What a joke. The media deserve to be lined up and shot.

Oh, I get it now... So it would be fun and funny if GW Bush's kid dressed up as a KKK member... it's all in good fun, right? No one gets hurt outside of the thousands who had these atrocities touch their families, right?

What's next? Is one of these people going to dress up as a gas shower or a burning cross?

I don't agree with what you said.

P
KKK is current.

Nazi officers are a way officers of a ancient army used to dress. Its a historical costume.

Its not like he's dressing as a skinhead with leather and doc martins.

It was a private party not intended for people who might be offended to see.

If me and my friend's are wathching a film in my house, we will feel easy to express views which are both exaggerated and which some people might find offensive. We would not tell them out loud in public.
