The trouble with options is that they expect you to do something.
Not choosing is always one of the options, at least implicitly. I think 'dither' should always be one of the options.

With me all depends how close I am when it turns. If I am close enough I am going through it don't want to end stopped in the middle of the crosswalk. If I am far enough away I will stop as it is going to turn red in seconds anyway.
