The older the cheese the greater the danger due to the tyramine content. Just spilled my glass of port typing all that.

It is pouring with rain outside, and spookily windy. Unfortunately I only have a very cheap bottle of port to fulfil the 'doubling' criteria.
Oh well, any port in a storm.
My bit of trivia connects the port and cheese. I had a friend at university, from the upper classes, who 'poo pooed' the port/cheese connection.
'You SELL port with cheese, you BUY port with apple', he huffily announced.
I just thought 'Wow, I'd just get a bottle from Tesco'!
