Those seeds are super tasty! And healthy too!

Seems like we had this conversation last year though.

Phlabs tested several recipes....I think he decided that soaking them was better.

edit: I have to admit that the kid was yelling in the bathroom yesterday as the seeds were coming out the other end. He is hesitant to eat anymore tonight. 😀
