I forgot. Hmm, that might be part of the problem. Also, I think I'm supposed to let them set in salted water or something.

Google me this, Batgirl... find me a good recipe.

This batch is not perfect, but not bad.

I went with 325f salted, garlic and worschurschersourser sauce. 10 minutes, flip, 10 more rotate and flip, and another 5 or so.

Tonight I'll do a batch of sugar and cinnamon... something the wife and kids can enjoy.

Oh, and quarter stick of butter melted... forgot that.

What is the difference between 'flip' and 'rotate and flip'
And what is 'worschurschersourer sauce'

Not that it makes a difference, first I flipped them. Next gave another flip and rotated the pan for kicks.

Worcestershire sauce:

Just a touch of the sauce. This batch was better today than last night, I just microwaved them for 15 or 20 seconds and they were like 'fresh out the oven'.

Interesting, I never considered Worchestershire sauce.

I wonder if Soy Sauce would taste good also, it's pretty salty.

Soy Sauce was the alternative to Worcestershire in the recipe I followed. Now you make me second guess my plan for a cinnamon sugar batch.

He He!

Must be on the same wavelength!

What made you swap out the Soy Sauce?

I do like Worchestershire also, especially on Chex Mix.

Soy or Worcestershire were options in a recipe I can't find now. I picked one, now I want the other!

Hmm... I bet a splash or 9 or Tabasco would be good on the seeds. I know I'm going to make 7 or more batches before the season ends here.

Save some of the tabasco ones (and Wasabi if made) for next years BBQ "Try eating this hotstuff toughguy/gal" competition. Anything tried with the pinenuts?
