I am new, but I am a good player, and I do not beleive both accounts used an engine.

However, read official FIDE rules, you are not allowed to negociate draws before tournaments so you can both succeed.

The Po and whatever, were either:

A) the same person using both nicknames to help/protect each other in tournaments.

B) two good chess playing friends, using the same comp IP, making packs together to help win tournaments.

Both cases are illegal, I agree with the mods dicision. Chess isn't meant to be a bartering, negociation, politcal corrupt game, both players must be genuine and try their best. While this isn't always easy to prove (two players organizing packs for mutual success), in this case, it was obvious. Good move.

Anyways, we need a good Bowmann joke about this, surely he has something?

Explain to me how those bastards at FIDE have any jurisdiction here.

Just out of curiosity, has it actually been proven that ThePO and JPVazques were the same person and not just two people who both had other multiple accounts?

It's pretty obvious.
Note the list of banned under 3(a) names.
Do you think Russ would ban one of a pair of usernames run by one person and not the other?

I agree. That wasn't insightful, only arrogant.

Now it's my turn to be arrogant.

Dear RHP players who need to grow a brain, the PO and Vasquaz had the same IP, played each other over 40 times, drew each other over 35 plus times, and always played together in the same tournaments often sharing titles. But to many, the evidence means nothing in face of admiration of an "individuals" "accomplishments". Many still think O J Simpson is innocent.

If you're going to threaten arrogance, at least put out.
