Puzzling Question: The Best of 2 Worlds

Why straight men don't get boobs and stop there? I mean, it
is not necessary to go all the way, meaning estrogen treatment
and chopping off 'The Oh Precious One'. I mean, why not
having the best of two worlds? i.e. a straight oriented, fulfilling
sex life from the waist down and then a pair of boobs to
entertain oneself during the lonely nights.

No need to dine & wine, no need to hear complaints all day, no
high maintenance, no in-laws to tolerate. You feel like enjoying
time with a woman? You go and buy some time from the local
brothel. You feel like staying home to watch footie but still need
to caress something feminine while doing it? You just unbutton
your shirt and do so.
