I was just wondering how many don't people have waterfights without a pyre or two in the background?

I do all the time (I live in Berkshire and have a huge choice of unsecured funeral bonfires to choose from) - it's great!

Don't they have water restrictions in Berkshire?

EDIT: I have no idea where Berkshire is, apart from "down south".

There's supposedly a hosepipe ban, but on one's paying attention to as it's actually the water company's fault for not fixing their damaged pipelines.
