Alot of threads go off on tangents from the original topic. Please only use this thread to answer the question, now with clarifications, else go and play chess or have a cup of tea.

How much concern do American's have when allowing for the possibility that the balance of power is going to shift over the next 50 years whilst America continues to be perceived as an aggressor with suspect motives ?

This is a question about how the world will be when America no longer enjoys its current level of control and the world is short of diplomacy and full of weapons.

By diplomacy I mean a past and present where fair and peaceful outcomes have been negotiated.

Here's just one example why people need to consider the longer term consequences of their country's actions (beyond one politician's time in power) and why it is necessary for a major overhaul of foreign policy.

Those for suicide bombing in defence of Islam

Indonesia 27%
Pakistan 33%
Jordon 43%
Nigeria 47%
Lebanon 73%

This is just one example. However, this example also shows that there's more to be done than eliminating small fanatical groups.

... and, at this turning point, which presidential candidate is better for the longer term viability of the world ?

It is a question rather than a point to be debated.

It's sad that's the way you feel. Why don't you butt out and give others a chance to reply. You are censoring by spreading your false opinion.

how on earth can you have a false opinion? that is ridiculous! an opinon is what YOU feel.anyways, people have had more than enough chance to reply because you have asked the same questions a hundred times. why is it sad that i feel the way i do? what is it that you think i feel? now i am sure all you are doing is trying to gather some info for some stupid thesis or something. find material elsewhere.

no regards

WHY is it that it seems to be muslims that cant live together with any other group other than other muslims? And being that I live in the middle east I would say I can say that. And it seems to be the same Anti-West folks (especially saudi) that drive Western cars, use computers designed in the west, have come to depend on medicine from the west. And ALL! the other wonders that have been brought to these same people that hate the entire west.

We can live with each other or we can eventually die with each other. It's our choice.

You're not answering the question and making too general a remark about Muslims instead (I've travelled with children through Indonesia, one of my best friends married a Muslim who now lives in Australia and another friend worked in UAE). How about answering the question ?
