....if you heat butter you lose the taste....make sure you allow butter
to come to room temperature before making a sandwhich or using
it for any cooking....also, a helpful hint...if you eat alot of legumes
( that's bean and lentils to you who are holding the cup 'o noodles
for dinner ) you can eliminate the gas they make by putting a teaspoon of fennel in the water when you let them soak overnight
before cooking...the fennel alters the sugar in the legumes and
they will not produce gas....

When i make a grilled cheese sandwich i put butter on both sides of my bread. i do this because i don't really like the taste of cheese and the butter masks the taste. does anyone find this off the wall?
