No, I'm not in a conversation about racism on the forum. I'm in a conversation about children's books and being snarky and ... I forget what else. Dragons.

So this black guy went to the doctors for a fertility check, and his wife waited at home patiently for his return.
At about midday, a Rolls Royce car pulls up outside the front door, and the man gets out. He's wearing a big fur coat, gold chains and rings, and has three security personel surrounding him.

"What the hell are you doing ?" asks the wife.

"If the doctor says i iz impotent, i gotta looks impotent"
Yeah, this one would qualify as racist.

I am too nice. But now that Red Night does everything he can to bring out my evil side, maybe I'll give it a try.

You're right -- my statement was snarky. It was in response to having asked that question of him in a number of other threads in the past, and getting the exact answer I did get: *People who have been around a while know what I mean.* (paraphrase) But yes, it was snarky.

I see a difference between writing about something and promoting something. I ...[text shortened]... you: Do you believe that a television program with a gay couple promotes homosexuality?
Why are my beliefs so important to you. Are you just trying to set me up for a forum conflict? What my beliefs are have little to do with reality. My beliefs will not change a thing. But I will tell you that I do believe Television does have a role in how society thinks and acts. Especially early in their lives. I hear people quote things they have heard on television all the time. Sometimes they are conscious of the fact and other times maybe not. People in many cases are copy cats they imitate what they see and hear.
