You are confusing him with yourself.

Well said. I don't entirely agree with you, but very well spoken.

RED NIGHT SEAL OF APPROVAL
It's people that give meaning and emotion to words. Not words that give meaning to our emotions.

And yes I wrote it. 😠

And yes I'm going back to bed now. 😴

It would be more accurate.

Weren't the forums fun yesterday, and this morning, before RN showed up?
Yeah. But you have to admit that we wouldn't have a clique, a beach, a theme song and a clique-nique without him.

This may be why there's so much misunderstanding in the world.

buzzzzz. Good try, but no. It is because you are the one trying to attack the freedoms people have. You are trying to force everyone to think/feel the same as you do. You are trying to install yourself as the judge or appropriate/inappropriate, or good/evil.

Attacking me won't work. I've been on these forums long enough - my reputation is not one of being argumentative, or judgemental, or rude, or offensive, or closed-minded. Most people just think of me as hanging about the stupid-humor threads, which is really all I want from the forum.

So, no, I am not paranoid. It is personal. I recognize that you are to be stopped, and I'm going to block your cause constantly, until you either take your toys and go home, or until people have finally had enough of you and ban you.

Is that clear enough?

Right, back to where we were. Niggers. Has anyone read In The Fall by Jeffrey Lent? I picked up this book in Geneva during vacation. At one point I had nothing to read anymore and came down the mountains to see if I could find a decent English book somewhere. I picked this one, by chance. It was published in 2000 but I had not heard before of Lent. Anyway, In The Fall is a true pageturner, a family saga spanning the post-Civil War era to the Great Depression, telling the dark secrets of interracial relationships emerging from slavery as a Union soldier is found wounded and almost dead by a slave who has run away, and whom he eventually marries. Highly recommended.

I had forgotten about that. Perhaps, if he were to be kind enough to die, we will put up a placque on our beach.

Reader, this question is, and always has been, a Catch 22. If I post specifics then I'm accussed of promulgating the same filth. If I don't people will say that I don't have evidence.

I think that the evidence is out there. I think most regulars know at least some of what I'm talking about....
I'm a regular and I don't run across racial slurs. Do you know how to link to specific threads? Saying things like the thread named X, page 2 would be really helpful. Really. That's what the problem was with your first crusade. People who say *everyone knows...* have extremely little credibility.

Is Bowmann on the *far more dangerous* list or the *annoying and rude* list? No wonder I keep my scorecard on a dry erase board!

I put bowmann on the "annoying" list. But everyone gets to make their own list.

I'm starting a list of annoying lists:

1) Grocery lists
2) Lists of employees whose evaluations are overdue
3) Any form of a "to do" list

I keep 3 lists. A list of annoying lists, a list of useful lists, and a list of ironic lists.
