I don't think they did. I think they exploited the fact that internet movies often lag and the words and mouths don't actually match up 😕

The voices are right and I've seen a better quality version before where the lips & sound match up & you can lip read. It's real, but wasn't broadcast. I believe it was filmed as a joke by the cast and wasn't intended for viewing, was forgotten about, then found again about 4 years back.
