For the past 10-15 years I felt like I was still in my 30s and sometimes I even acted like I was in my 20s but now I am getting some unnerving aches and pains when I do simple things like shoveling snow or cross country skiing and I am not at all happy about it.

I spent 3 days Floor laying got back Thursday night , Bed 9.30 slept until 12 noon Friday still knackered now.
